Hi hani,

Pregnancy symptoms do not usually show up before you miss a period. The tell tale sign of pregnancy is usually the missed period, followed by extremely sensitive nipples, morning sickness, etc. Cramping in the lower stomach areas is usually associated with cramps from your coming up menstrual cycle. Once you miss your period, then take a pregnancy test - these are usually very accurate.

Since you are trying to get pregnant, it is always a good thing to have sex with your partner. Don't forget that pregnancy symptoms and menstrual cycle symptoms often mimic each other and so until you miss a period, these symptoms can be either. I know it is a time consuming effort but keep trying and wait for that missed period. You can also purchase ovulation tests over the counter in many countries in order to better understand what days of the month you can conceive. If you are having issues, consult your physician.

I hope this helps and good luck.

Missie
