Welcome to EmpowHER. Not sure the bleeding is due to having sex.  Many diseases and conditions can cause rectal bleeding. Common causes include:

• Anal fissures
• Hemorrhoids
• Cancers and polyps of the rectum and colon
• Abnormal blood vessels (angiodysplasia)
• Ulcerative proctitis
• Crohn's colitis   If the bleeding continues, it might be best to see a doctor for testing.
