Q:

Pregnancy from oral sex/handjob?

This probably sounds like a very stupid question to just about everyone, but it's something I need to ask.
I performed oral sex/handjob when my period just began. I had panties on. He never touched me. I never touched me. I washed my hands afterward as well. My period last for only 2 and 1/2 days when it usually lasts for 4 to 5. It was very heavy though (one overnight pad every two hours) as was the one prior, but that one lasted for several days. I did start a new medication for my anxiety/depression last month.

I got really scared when my period stopped like it did. Could there have been something on my hand when I changed my pad later that evening? Could I have accidentally touched my panties in some way after I washed my hands and it got on me?
I became so anxious that I did three pregnancy tests at different times and got a negative result on all of them. Three weeks after the "incident" I got a blood pregnancy test done and it too said negative. Now at the end of my third week, beginning of my fourth (which is when I should get my period), my right nipple hurts a bit and I'm feeling slightly nauseated for a couple of hours in the morning. Could those tests be wrong? Could I be pregnant? Or is this just my anxious mind manifesting symptoms from reading all sorts of things on the web?
Please only answer the question and do not put me down with hurtful words. I know I'm probably just being anxious, but I didn't have (and still don't) a good sex ed teacher. I didn't want to write this on here, but since I'm saying everything I might as well say I was pressured into doing those things. I did not want to. This makes me feel even worse and more ashamed.
Any help would be great. Thank you for reading.
