Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. Anytime you have unprotected sex your chances for pregnancy to occur are higher.  If you tested negative, it's unlikely you will be pregnant. You might want to retake the a test just to be sure.  Many other things can cause changes to a woman's menstrual cycle.  Such as ovarian cysts, fibroids, endometriosis, stress and many other.  You might wan to see an OBGYN if you continue getting a negative result and your symptoms.
