Welcome to EmpowHER. In most cases, simple changes in your diet and lifestyle can help relieve symptoms and manage constipation. Somethings that can help, is a high fiber diet, exercise and water intake.  If you feel that it still won’t help, you need to see your doctor and explain what has been happening.
