Welcome to EmpowHER.  Anytime you have unprotected sex, even if he doesn't ejaculate inside.  Your chances for pregnancy to occur are higher. You might want to see your doctor to have blood work done.  Stress can definitely cause a delay on ovulation and menstruation. Hope this was helpful?
