Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Cervical spondylosis is a common degenerative condition of the cervical spine. It is most likely caused by age-related changes in the intervertebral disks. Some of the symptoms are neck stiffness, arm and shoulder pain, headache, radicular symptoms, and cervical spondylotic myelopathy. You might want to discuss with your doctor any concerns you might have and what are some of the treatments for this condition. Hope this was helpful?

Best,

Daisy
