Thank you for your question and usually the answer is no. It depends on the birth control pill that you are using. Most birth control pills that I am familiar with - direct you to wait and start a new pack if you miss 3 pills in a row....however, it depends on the pill that you are taking as some allow for catch up but it is only two a day. Since you didn't explain which pill you are taking, call your Pharmacist and ask him/her what you can do. It is not common that taking four pills at once is the answer so please check first before you take the pills.
