If semen got into her vagina, and she was ovulating, there is a chance that sperm fertilized the egg and she conceived. She needs to wait until her next period is due.
If she gets her period, she is not pregnant.
If she is late by at least seven days, I suggest she takes a home pregnancy test.
To prevent an unwanted pregnancy, I strongly suggest you use a condom every time you have sex, and your girlfriend starts using birth control regularly.
