Maryann, Thanks for responding to my question. I am actually a man. This seemed like the best place to get straight answers. I have no cardiovascular issues, though I am a smoker. I am disabled and am not working currently. I am only 30 yrs. old but I have the spine of an 80 ye. old. And have moderate arthritis. I'm a single parent, so when something unusual happens I worry for my daughter. Thanks. I hope you are well.
