I do not think there is a "super food",

If your goal is to maintain good health, eat a well balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fish, poultry and lean red meat.
Including dairy products, such as eggs, yogurt and cheese, will boost your calcium and vitamin D levels as well as being a source of protein.
