Normal nipple discharge more commonly occurs in both nipples and is often secreted when the nipples are compressed or squeezed.
Try leaving the nipples alone for a while, don't squeeze, and see if the condition improves on its own. If not, you need to be examined by your physician to rule out a serious problem.
