My advice to you is pack your bag, walk out the door, and get a divorce.
You need to seek legal counsel and end this marriage. The man has verbally, emotionally and physically abused you. He has been unfaithful.
End the marriage and have no further contact with him. You deserve better. Abusive men are manipulative. They will put on the false face of kindness and promise to change, but never do.
