Welcome to EmpowHER. Not all cycles will be the same every month. It can be a week earlier or later. If you are trying to conceive, it's best to keep track of your cycle for a few months. To know exactly when you are ovulating. A woman with regular cycles, usually ovulates between days 11-21 of a cycle. Counting the first day of your period as day 1.  Other ways to keep track of your fertile days, is tracking your basal body temperature method. This is your temperature at rest as soon as your awake in the morning. A woman's basal body temperature rises slightly with ovulation.
