Whenever you and your boyfriend engage in dry sex with both of you wearing underwear, there is no risk for pregnancy.
There was probably no risk for pregnancy during the last incident.
Pre-ejaculation contains only the sperm left from a previous ejaculation.
It would have to be a very recent ejaculation, because when the male urinates, any left over sperm is flushed out.
Since the pre- ejaculate was on your leg, any sperm would have to travel up past your outer genitalia and swim into your vagina. Not likely.
