Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank you for reaching out for our help.

By acknowledging your issues of anxiety, impulsive aggression, and moodiness, you have crossed the first hurdle. By asking for help, you cleared the second hurdle.

I am sure that you are a lovely person. You must find a way to let that loveliness shine.

Consider scheduling an appointment with a psychologist, who can administer tests to confirm if you do suffer with a personality disorder
or simply display inappropriate behavior. With a diagnosis, a treatment plan can be implemented.

I think you would be a good candidate for cognitive behavior therapy.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is a common type of mental health counseling . With cognitive behavioral therapy, you work with a psychotherapist or therapist in a structured way, attending a limited number of sessions. It can help you manage emotions, learn ways to cope with stressful situations, and deal with anxiety.

Please keep us updated.

Regards,
Maryann
