Any time you have unprotected sex you run the risk of getting pregnant. We have no way of knowing if you are pregnant or just experiencing changes in your period due to stress or other factors. If you want to know for sure, then the best thing to do is to take a pregnancy test. If you want to avoid this in the future then taking protection measures would relieve some of your concerns.
