Congratulations and welcome to the EmpowHER community.
I cannot tell you the exact day, but can provide you with general information. The time required for the fertilized egg to travel to the uterus and implant is usually between 7 and 10 days.
The exact day of conception is unknown, because Your egg will survive 12 to 24 hours after ovulation, and healthy sperm can survive up to 5 days after ejaculation in the woman’s reproductive tract.
Once conception has occurred, the fertilized egg, will travel down the fallopian tube to the uterus. As the egg is traveling, the cells will continue to divide and grow in size. When the egg arrives at the uterus, it will attach to the uterine wall (implantation) and start to produce the hormone that pregnancy tests detect, hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin).
