I'm sorry to learn you are dealing with so many chronic and challenging medical conditions. It's not surprising that you're tired and find it difficult to have a good day. When you're tired and worn down from physical health conditions it can lead to sleeping a lot and avoiding activity which causes more pain. That, in turn, can lead to more health problems, including depression.
Some questions for you - what have you tried to help your situation? Are you seeing medical professionals to get help with your health issues? Have you asked your medical team for help in becoming more active? Have you joined any support groups? Have you explored whether options like pool therapy - which is much easier on the joints than other forms of exercise - would help you add some activity to your life? Have you looked into whether there are exercise programs in your community for people with disabilities?
In other words, the best person to help you move forward with your life is YOU. If you mainly focus on being tired than things won't change. And while it may be hard to exert the energy to explore options that can help you that really is what you need to do to get unstuck from your current situation.
It only takes one small step to start going forward and I hope you will take it and that it will lead to more steps that enable you to feel better.
