Thank you for your question. Many people choose to take a daily multivitamin and others supplement with iron, calcium and vitamin D tablets. This depends on your age, diet, and health issues.

Ask yourself-do I eat a well balanced diet? Am I getting the recommended daily allowance of the essential vitamins and nutrients in my diet? Do I have specific health issues that require a supplement?
