Though it is recommended that you take your daily pill at the same time everyday, I don't thin an hour before or after should affect the degree of protection.
If you do not get your period by the time you finish the inactive pills, take a home pregnancy test. I really don't think you are pregnant, just very stressed out. But, taking the test might give you peace of mind.
