Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to speed up your period. Worrying about it can cause stress and can delay your period, so worrying doesn't do any good.
You said that you don't want to become pregnant...I am guessing that you are having unprotected sex? Are you taking any measures to prevent pregnancy like using condoms and using a birth control method?
