Implantation bleeding or spotting happens shortly after a fertilized egg is implanted into the lining of the uterus.
Implantation bleeding usually takes place about nine days after fertilization and ovulation, but can happen between 6-12 days after conception/ovulation.
Basically you seem to be asking if you could be pregnant. The only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test.
