Hi DS - the pains in your lower abdomen are concerning. Unusual pain can be an indicator of an underlying medical condition. You know your body better than anyone else, and had already experienced multiple changes that were concerning before these new types of pains developed. It would be in your best interests to see your medical professional as soon as you can. It will likely take a physical exam and some diagnostic tests to determine if you have an underlying health condition that is showing up in these symptoms, or if you are healthy. It's better to get solid answers than to continue worrying. I don't mean to frighten you, but I think you need more information and more peace of mind.
