Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

Have you recently had a pelvic exam? If not, now is a good time to schedule an appointment.

Premenstrual cramping is normal. However, cramping and having vaginal bleeding after a period could indicate a problem.

Secondary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain that develops later in women who have had normal periods and is often related to problems in the uterus or other pelvic organs, such as uterine fibroids or endometriosis.

Better to be checked by your doctor.

Regards,
Maryann
