Stress can definitely be a factor that leads to delayed or irregular periods. When we're under increased stress it impacts the functioning of the thyroid and adrenal glands and the ovaries, which are all involved with the functioning of our hormones.
Since you've had two negative pregnancy tests and no symptoms it's a pretty safe bet that you're not pregnant. At this point you are most likely just dealing with the impact of stress. If you go for two months without a period then you should definitely be seen by your doctor.
