Since you've had irregular periods in the past it's very possible that you are having them again. If you had your period in October then you were not pregnant at that time. You may be having PMS symptoms indicating your period will be arriving soon.
You haven't mentioned your age - is it possible that you are entering perimenopause, the period of time before a woman enters menopause? It typically brings irregular periods and heightened PMS symptoms.
