I'm sorry to hear that you are having such difficulty with hot flashes, and that this has been going on for years. It must be extremely frustrating.
You seem to have tried several things but have not mentioned any help from your doctor. Have you considered seeing a different doctor, one that specializes in helping women deal with the impact of menopause?
