period is 11 days late ? use protection and every preacaution we could :/

everytime we had sex i always use condom and i even pulled before ejaculation theres no break leak or failure on the condoms,
shes not very regular shes been late like this a few months ago, but the last i 36 days cycle:/ so were charting her cycle everymonth :/ last month we had sex 5 days past ovulation, and a week before her period, i didnot *** inside her, im using a condom and pulled out :/ we did every safety and precaution we could :/ im sure sperm or precm did not get into her :/ im very worried right now so does she too :/

only sypmtom shes having is sore boobs on the side , soreness is on and off, moodyness and backpain :/ right now shes complaining shes having a backache,
Please help :/ we timed everyting and did safe :/ is she just late ? :/ worried sick :/ Please help :/ btw shes 16 :/
