Unless you have a very short menstrual cycle, I think it was too early to be ovulating one week after finishing your period. So, I do not think you were at risk of conceiving.
I do not know why you had spotting four days later. It would have been too early for implantation bleeding, which usually happens about six to 12 days following conception.
When is your period due to start? If you are normally regular, and this next period is more than seven days late, take a home pregnancy test.
