Anytime you have unprotected sex, you risk pregnancy even if it didn't go all the way in. Most likely you are not pregnant since this incident occurred during your menstrual cycle. Only a pregnancy test can tell you for sure.

As for whether or not you are still a virgin, it depends on what you consider "virginity." Everybody has their own definition of it. Technically, if he did penetrate you, then you are not a virgin. Some people believe that you have to rupture your hymen to consider it losing your virginity.
