Welcome to EmpowHER. I am assuming that your physician ordered a blood pregnancy test. A blood hCG test is more accurate than a urine test.
Levels of hCG, which is the hormone produced by the cells that form the placenta, can be detected in blood about 11 days following conception.
Once your doctor received the lab results, I am certain you will be notified.
