Thank you for visiting the EmpowHER community and for sharing your question. It is very unlikely that you are pregnant. You would have needed to be ovulating to get pregnant and you don't ovulate the day before your period. Since your period was 5 days-I am sure you are just fine!!
On another note, since you are 7 days late, you will need to take a pregnancy test just to make sure. Worrying can also delay your period and our bodies don't work like clockwork-it's normal for your period to fluctuate.
Unfortunately, I cannot tell you over the Internet if you are pregnant or not, but it is unlikely. I would take a test tomorrow morning and double check.
