I want to be sure that I'm getting the timing correct however. Your period is 6 days late and you had sex prior to the 4th and not during these last 6 days correct?
If this is the case, I think you should be aware that a missed or irregular period following unprotected intercourse is one of the top symptoms of pregnancy.
The best way to be certain whether you conceived or not is to take a pregnancy test following a missed or irregular period. Timing it this way gives your body time to develop enough hCG hormone to be detected by a pregnancy test.
