The only way you can become pregnant is if a male partner ejaculates into your vagina during intercourse. You cannot become pregnant by touching live sperm. Another thing that you should consider is that when a men ejaculates it is very unlikely for him not to clean properly, or not to wash his hands.
With this in mind, you have no need to worry about touching sperm because the possibility of you coming in contact with it is unlikely aside from having intercourse with a male partner.
