Taking the pill quickly was the best thing you could have done under the circumstances. Plan B is 95% effective when taken within 24 hours of having intercourse so your chances of still getting pregnant are very low.
Since your periods are generally irregular it would be hard to tell whether or not you are pregnant from your period alone. The best thing I can suggest is that you wait a few weeks and then take a pregnancy test. The test will most likely be negative, however it is the best way of being certain whether or not you are pregnant.
