can I be pregnant?

I posted this question yesterday and for some reason I cant acess the answer so i am sorry I repeated it but i am too worried not to ask
My boyfriend and i dryhumped on the 7th of october, I was on the last day of my periodI had two layers of underwear and the panty liner but he was naked, at some point he pushed a bit harder but my underwear was still in place And he didnt come
He also used the hot tub and i used it directly after him
For the next three months, I got my period three times (cycle days 28, 29

Even though, I took 5 home pregnacy tests on different periods and all came negativeBut this time, my period is late, (cycle days so far 31) and i noticed there is yellowish viginal discharge.
My breasts are tender, slight cramps and mood changes but my period is lateThe last sexual encounter was on the 7th of October and two days ago, i started taking medroxyprogesterone acetate which the doctor oncee gave me for irregular periodsIam really worried that I might be pregnant, I dont want to disappoint my family
Is it possible?
And if not, what would it be? Why am i late?
