Although it is slightly usual to miss your period while on birth control, it is no cause for alarm. You may need to take a pill with a stronger hormone dose. But since the birth control you take is effective at preventing pregnancy, you do not have to do that if you do not want to.
I suggest that you wait it out. If you have an irregular period again next month then you can talk to your doctor about possibly switching to a different pill that will help keep you period more regular.
