Thanks for the support and advice...
I do believe that my lupus has a part to play in this, unfortunately I missed a recent appointment with my GYN Surgeon and am waiting to reschedule.
My cycles are still very irregular and I'm having so many emotional symptoms, night sweats, insomnia and hot flashes and am trying to get in as soon as possible to see if simple hormone replacement might be the balance I need.. I feel like one of the two hormones aren't at the right levels... But without blood work I cannot kow this for sure.
I have backed off the herbal hormone balancers I've been taking for awhile to see if things change, but so far I see no difference.
Hopefully things get better soon.
