It is true that women can experience bleeding while pregnant but it is lighter bleeding and does not last a full 7 days.
Given that you have a full, regular period and the test was negative as well, you can be certain you are not pregnant. Your period is mostly like due to stress as you mentioned or perhaps a slight hormonal imbalance but not pregnancy. You period will return to normal soon. No need to worry.
