First I'd like to explain why there is still a possibility of pregnancy even after having your tubes tied. During tubal ligation the tubes a damaged. When they heal the tissue blocks to tubes. Sometimes however they do not fully seal allowing for a small hole where sperm can pass through to the uterus. These small holes can also open further over time.
With this being said, I don't think you should rule out pregnancy until you have taken a test and gotten a negative result.
Once you rule out that possibility, there are other reasons for your irregular period we can discuss.
