SORRY for being so long.
I've had my period for 3 weeks now. I'm 16 and a virgin. Last time I got my period was either July or august 2014... I haven't got it again until January 29th 2015 I believe. Usually I wouldn't normally get it every month, but sometimes I would. I know they can be irregular the first few years, I think I got my first period the end of 7th grade or sometime in 8th grade, i'm in 11th grade now.
Normally they'd last 7 days then they started to last about 4 days(usually). At first they were heavy where a super tampon would leak after about an hour not even (unless It could've been because I didn't have it in right?) Well I rarely ever get cramps, but I know about 2 or 3 times within the months of september-november 2014 I got this shooting pain right at the top of my vagina under my stomach, it lasted for a few seconds but It was very painful. I don't know if that has anything to do with this.
Anyways come january 29th(sorry in advanced for the gross details) i woke up and there was this brown liquid not a lot, when I wiped nothing was there. It only happened when I woke up, so I thought it was my period. I used a tampon, and come that night before bed i took it out and there was barley any blood just brown kinda but not a lot. The next day was the exact same. Then the following days after there was blood but very little where it wouldn't even soak the tampon. But these last few days it's been heavier then it was the first few days... And there are like long big blood clots? on the tampon all the time.. I believe there blood clots..I've had this period for 3 weeks now and still do..(I've talked to my aunt about it only mentioning how i've had it for 3 weeks now, and those months where I didn't have my period she said she was going to make a Dr appt. but never got around to doing it)
My QUESTION is, Is this normal, Whats going on, What can it be???? Thank you for your input.
