My heart goes out to you. I am truly sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter and the poor quality of life you are experiencing. I can appreciate how oppressive it must be not to be able to talk about your daughter or freely express your feelings.
Do you have the opportunity to get out of the house, such as go to a senior center? Getting out of the house for a couple of hours and interacting with others may help.
Is volunteering an option? Consider volunteering a couple of hours at your local hospital or library.
