Has your girlfriend had unprotected sex since her last period in January?
If not, then she is not pregnant. If so, then she needs to take a home pregnancy test.
Otherwise, I suggest she talks with her parent, who can schedule an appointment with her pediatrician, who can determine why she has not gotten a period this month. Another option, now that she is sexually active, is to schedule an appointment with a gynecologist.
Since she is only 15 years old, she will need a parent or guardian to schedule a doctor's appointment.
