The only way to know if you are pregnant is by taking a pregnancy test.
Did you make up for the missed dose once you realized you had not taken it?
Birth control pills work by preventing ovulation and this happens when you take the active pills every day. Missing only one active pills should not put you at a high risk for suddenly ovulating and becoming pregnant.
However, if you do not start your period during the week of inactive pills, consult your gynecologist.
