is it normal for after sex with a condom for the base of the condom to be quite flaky? my boyfriend ejaculated outside of my vagina, i went and checked the condom for tears and there wasnt any, (filled with water no leaks) is this normal or should i be concerned, we had sex on day 10 of my cycle which are rather irregular?

i dont think it couldve been dried sperm because i dont think it wouldve dried that fast as i did check about 10 minutes after?, sorry for the questions im just a bit anxious

would you think i would need to get a plan b?, there was no ejaculation inside my vagina? or could it have been the moisture from my vagina had dried up?
