Any time you have unprotected intercourse there is a high chance of pregnancy.
But the order of events is important. If you had intercourse 2 months ago, then missed your period the next 2 consecutive months, this is the most common and obvious symptom of pregnancy and you should take a pregnancy test.
If you missed your period for 2 months, then recently had intercourse, the chances of you becoming pregnant decrease because not having a regular period reduces fertility. However, this is not to say, you will not become pregnant. It would just be too early to know. So you would need to wait until after your next period before taking a pregnancy test.
