During a tubal ligation the fallopian tubes are damaged. When they heal, the scar tissue seals the tubes. On occasion the tubes are not completely sealed allowing eggs to travel from the ovary to the uterus. In other words, if your tubes have an opening, then it would technically still be possible to become pregnant.
However, it would be impossible to know for sure whether or not you can become pregnant unless you have your fallopian tube examined.
