Having an irregular period does not always mean you are pregnant, but if you are sexually active it definitely can be an indicator.
Are you currently on birth control? Or what birth control method are you using?
If you are currently sexually active, you could be pregnant, because the only birth control that is 100% protection is abstinence.
The best way to know is to take a home pregnancy test.
