I can assure you that there was no risk for pregnancy with dry humping and that sperm cannot travel through clothes.
The gynecologist is well aware of the fact that your girlfriend is not pregnant. If she were, the fetus would have been seen on the ultrasound. She is under the care of a physician who knows that she has missed a period. Hopefully, the cause will be found.
